New and Improved for 2016: NextGen Office Hours

What did you do the last time you had a question or issue to resolve at work? Talk to a friend? Call up a parent? While we all have great resources in our lives, sometimes you just need an expert opinion to help steer you in the right direction professionally.

We’ve taken this need into account and at this year’s Next Generation of Government Training Summit we are re-launching one on one career coaching Office Hour sessions. You’ll be able to pre-register to meet with a career expert to discuss a topic or specific question of your choice. Each one on one meeting will be 30 minutes, and the time is yours.

If you’ve attended NextGen in the past, you may remember similar programs where you could meet with a number of career experts as well. We listened carefully to the feedback we received in order to update and optimize the meetings. We’ve extended the time to 30 minutes and will provide you and your career coach with details about each other prior to sitting down at the summit. This way you both can make the most of your session.
