
Ryan Riccucci
Ryan is an expert in strategic planning, intelligence analysis, and performance measurement with a wealth of experience executing rigorous, multi-dimensional analysis to develop critical and creative solutions to wicked problems. Ryan has driven the planning and mission analysis of complex operations with international, federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement partners.
Ryan is currently detailed to Washington D.C., splitting his time between the Department of Homeland Security Science & Technology Directorate and the United States Border Patrol. Ryan recently finished travelling around the country teaching and executing the Capability Gap Analysis Process (CGAP), a process blending planning, intelligence, and capability based assessment to identify capability gaps and mission needs.
Ryan has earned a BGS in Corporate Organizational Studies from the University of Connecticut and a MA in Intelligence Analysis from American Military University. Ryan is currently in the doctoral program for Organizational Leadership at Nova Southeastern University.
